Pricing- We, at Sapphire Moon, do strive to offer the best quality and design for the most reasonable  prices. In light of the pressure all of us feel regarding the economy. We would like to extend an extra discount for our customers. This is reflected in our current pricing. Hopefully this small gesture in some way helps. Until we're all more comfortable with our ecomony, Sapphire Moon will honor these lower prices!

Quality- This is a very important subject for us. We use a fine stringing product that is made of many strands of metal that are twisted and then coated. Not only is this stronger than most stringing materials, but it is also quite supple and allows the necklaces and bracelets to fall nicely into shape. Sterling silver and 14KT goldfilled findings and beads are used in these designs. Accent metal beads are made of high quality sterling plated or gold plated pewter.

Packaging- Each piece of jewelry will have a handwritten tag with a listing of the "ingredients" used for that piece. If special care is recommended for a jewelry item, that information will be included as well. The piece will be placed in an organza bag and then boxed which will be suitable for gift giving. The box will then be packaged carefully for mailing.

Special Orders- If more than one item is desired and doesn't seem available, please contact us for more information. We are happy to accomodate larger orders, special lengths, color of metal, different clasps or earring findings.

Delivery and Shipping- In house jewelry items will be shipped from us within 2 to 7 days. Special orders or special quantities may take longer. We encourage you to contact us regarding availability. We will send the jewelry Priority Mail. Shipping charges for items totaling up to $99.00 is $5.00. Please inquire if you are interested in insuring your package. Orders totaling more than $100.00 will be shipped for free. Tax for Maine residents is 5%.

Returns- As with any type of jewelry, reasonable "wear and tear" is expected. All jewelry requires care and maintenance. We do stand by our jewlery as quality is important to us. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Normal wear repairs may incur a small fee plus shipping. Any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
